Hello you all,

 

I have a HP Officejet pro 6970. Since i made the firmware update it's not possible to print without the original cardrigdes from HP. All my cardrigdes are empty so i needed to change them. I only need the collor black and i want my printer to function with just only cardridge.... Is it possible to just print with only one cartridge into my printer? If yes, how can i make the correct settings to do this?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

 

This printer model will not work with the empty cartridge.

You will have to replace all the cartridges for the printer to work normally.
