Product: E78630

Hello we are experiencing an issue during the configuration of LDAP on an E78630.

All printers are new within our organisation and working fine except the LDAP config.

After LDAP test retrieval we get the message is : 

Unexpected LDAP/Address Book error

 

I've tried may configurations and created an debug log (jdp).

Can someone help us configuring this?

Where is the dealer you purchased from in all of this? These products are designed and marketed to be sold by organizations that can support the client. Your other option on a new product would be to start a case with HP and engage their support staff, although i would recommend working through your dealer as they will get access to higher level support faster than an end user will as they can bypass a lot of the preliminary steps.
