HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M430f

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my HP M430 printer. When printing on standard A4 paper, everything works perfectly: printing is fast, and duplex printing functions without any problems. However, as soon as I try to print on a custom paper size (204x288 mm or 8.03x11.34 inches), the printer starts working extremely slowly, and duplex printing stops working altogether.

I have already tried the following steps:

  1. Changed the paper size to the standard Letter format.

  2. Added a custom paper size in the settings.

  3. Adjusted the paper size directly on the MFP screen.

Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue—printing on the 204x288 mm size is still very slow, and duplex printing does not work.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Are there any additional settings, driver updates, or firmware updates that might fix this problem?
