I am currently trying to set up a HP Deskjet 2752e -- using the HP Smart app on my mobile phone -- but keep getting an error message, stating that I need to "Use SETUP cartridges" ... i.e. the ones that were supplied in the box. These are definitely the ones that I'm using but I keep encountering the same error msg. I have tried it several times to no avail. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Is there a way to bypass this stage of the setup process?

I see that the printer is not recognizing the setup inks. Let us perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
