Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We're using this printer via USB cable .We cant use a Wi-fi connection here.
We found a way to make it print but cant scan.Is there a way we can scan without signing in to the HPsmart app?

An update! Now it scans through the HP smart APP ,and we have no idea why????
We've been trying on and off for MONTHS to get this working,and now at last it scans. WHY??
