Product: hp LaserJet 1320 series (C43689)

I am attempting to register my printer so that I can get help installing the driver on a new computer. After entering the serial number, the website says "This product cannot be identified by serial number alone. Please provide a product number as well." I have tried both J7958A (Model number) and C43689 (number after mDNS Service Name), but both return the error "Please enter a valid product number." Both of these numbers were retrieved directly from the printer configuration page. Please help.
