My new HP DeskJet 2700e printer is fully set up, but does not print. It says the ink cartridges are not lined up. They are! I checked twice! The power light is blinking and no one is available in customer support, but stupid bot

Did anyone have the same problem with set up?

Try the steps to clean cartridges explained in the next video:

If you still having issues with cartridges then you have the option to ask for help with HP Support:

Thanks to you, guys, but it seemed like not efficient approach to clean a brand new ink cartridges. I saw someone's suggestion to disconnect the printer from power source. Guess, what!? It worked! I plugged it back in and sure enough my new printer works fine. Hope my case will help someone else with new printer set up.
