I just got an HP Envy. I was initially able to print to my Epson WF-4830 printer but today the laptop spins for a long time after print request and then comes back with message that it is not able to print. I can't seem to find how to locate what printers are loaded to this laptop and how to troubleshoot them. Any guidance?

Hi @mrl1080,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for reaching out, and congratulations on your new HP Envy x360! support for erd party printers like Epson WF-4830 is limited, we can still offer general Windows troubleshooting steps that might help you get back to printing:
1. View Installed Printers
- Press Windows + I to open Settings
- Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
- You’ll see a list of all printers installed on your laptop
- If your Epson WF-4830 is not listed, you may need to re-add it
2. Re-add the Printer
- In the same Printers & scanners menu, click “Add device”
- Select your printer from the list (make sure it's powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network)
If you still have trouble I would recommend reaching the Epson support team to get the driver’s and software tools that helps to sync the Pc with the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
