Just trying to install HP easy start, I have downloaded the respective files, then 

 

HP product improvement study is a research product that allows HP to improve its products etc, then asks whether I use for personal or business. Then there is an empty box with no instructions of what needs to go inside. Unable to continue install until this box is complete

 

0000 or 123456 does not work!

 

Very annoying!! Needs to be fedback to the team that there should be an option to SKIP!

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

When asked “Personal or Business,” choose “Personal.”
This skips the box completely.

If you chose Business:

In the empty box, try typing:

HomeUser

or N/A

Then hit Continue.

 

If it's still stuck:

Delete HP Easy Start from Applications.

Download it again from HP’s site:
HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
