I just purchased my new HP Envy 5070 today 11-13-20. I came home and set it on the desk...plugged it up waiting for it to start the setup, the first thing I see on the display is an error message “HP Envy 5030 error code '0X00829C98 HW WATCHDOG C'”!!!! It’s brand new! I haven’t put the new ink cartridges in yet and Best Buy is where I purchase it and they just closed!!!! Smh!
Please Advice!!!!

Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
