Wenn ich HP-Smart öffne und auf mein Konto zugreifen will komme ich zur Seite Dashboard.
Dann erscheint folgende Meldung:

Wir konnten Ihre Kontodaten nicht abrufen.

Beim Versuch, auf Ihr Konto zuzugreifen, sind wir auf Probleme gestoßen. Bitte versuchen Sie, diese Seite zu aktualisieren.

Die Anmeldedaten sind korrekt eingegeben. Auch beim betätigen des Aktualisierungsbutton kommt die gleiche Meldung immer wieder.

Ich bitte um eine Lösung des Problems, ohne das ich die Software deinstallieren muss.
