Hallo, ich habe einen neuen PC von Lenovo. Jetzt funktioniert das Drucken nicht mehr einwandfrei. Die Testseite nach der HP Problemanalyse ließ sich einwandfrei drucken. Aber wenn ich ein PDF-Dokument drucken möchte, bekomme ich die Anzeige: Es ist ein unerwartetes Konfigurationsproblem aufgetreten 0x8007007e. Was muss ich tun? Ich bitte um Hilfe in einfachen Worten, da ich kein Spezialist bin. Vielen Dank im voraus!
