LASERJET COLOR MFP 700 M775 HOW to switch between color and black & white ?

Hello,

I have been searching may hours now how to enable and disable color printing for my MFP M775.

If I select the properties (Win10) of my device I have an abundancy of settings (is this all necessary ?) but the elementary setting to print in color or not is not there. 

Example: Using the program paint;

- select print, select HP Laserjet color MFP...

- select preferences.

- tabs: Advanced: ICM color management, Document options, Printer features, Layout options: 

- printing shortcuts: Paper size, Paper source, Pages per sheet, Print on both sides, paper type, orientation,

- paper quality: Paper size, paper source, paper type, special pages

- effects: actual size, print document on, % of actual size, watermark

- finishing: print on both sides, pages per sheet, orientation

- services: internet services

=> I have spent a lot of time to figure this out, and I am really surprised that for such a high end device the option color or not is not available in these menu's?

Your suggestion is not the solution to my question because sometimes the thing indeed prints into color.

so i cannot + your response.
