Product: LASERJET CP1525NW COLOR
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I just switched computers and need to download the printer software for my LaserJet CP1525nw color, it worked fine before the switch, even after upgrading to Catalina. HELP!

Hi,

Please ensure your macOS is fully up to date with any of its latest updates.

 

Download and install below drivers from Apple:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US

 

Once completing the installation, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, click the plus sign and select your printer.

Be sure to select the HP Color Laserjet CP1520 option within the Use drop-down menu and press the Add button.
