Same as everybody else - cant add printer to account

Done allt the restarsts, add,  remove, update all
No result

NO solution anuwhere - except maybe in private message (why hide a solution then everyone nedds)

Anyone find a real, working solutuio - not the stadar suggestions that dont work 😉

Are you using HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone?  Sometimes when it doesn't work in WIN it works with smart device.

wont register/add the printer to the account.
Same as everybody else.
Blinking exclamation mark.

There is a solution - but HP always communicates that in private messages...why?

Are they charging for it?

Something wrong with the printer - inside...

Will open it and try to find some point to reset something

Open web browser and enter printers IP address to access the printers EWS.

 

Log in as administrator, username admin password is PIN you can find on a white label under toner access door.

Reset the printer to factory defaults, you have that option in printers EWS under settings or maintenance.

 

Once you reset, use HP smar on your phone, not computer and add new printer to network and register the printer with your HP+ account.

Nope, same result - cant add printer to account....

Tried to add printer as new - couldn't find it

Restarted phone..
Had to use alternativ Existing printer
