Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M776dn

Hello,

I manage several HP Color LaserJet MFP M776 printers. Recently, one of them has stopped retrieving contacts from the LDAP server. Interestingly, this is the only device running the latest firmware version 2508583_000004. All the other M776 devices, which still work fine with LDAP, are using firmware version 2507252_046127. Aside from the firmware version, I can't find any other differences.

To test the LDAP connection, I go to the printer’s EWS (browser-based interface) and navigate to:
Scan/Digital Send → Contacts → Network Contacts Setup → Edit → Test for LDAP Retrieval
There, I enter a contact name and click "Test" – which results in an LDAP error. The contact list is also completely empty on this particular device.

As part of troubleshooting, I would like to try installing the older firmware version (2507252_046127) that is working on the other printers.
Is it possible to obtain and reinstall this version, or do you have another suggestion to resolve the LDAP issue?
