It looks like you were interacting with @Barachiel, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out,
I'm the Jeet_Singh & I'm at your service.
As I understand you have tried to do a clean install and unfortunately this has not helped to resolve this issue. Don't worry as I have a few other steps which should help you resolve this issue.
In this scenario, I would suggest you create a new local user account, as this could be an issue with the Operating system.
Try to create a new local user and then try to install the printer. Follow the steps here to create a local account on your PC: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows
Now, login to the new account and then try to install the printer and check.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hi, try to expand the "LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution" file with other archiver software, like WinZip or WinRAR.
I did it with WinRaR and it works. Extract it to separate folder and after find "HpSetup" file and install it.

I have tried every step in all previous post but nothing seems to work. When I double click it begins the extraction, reaches %100 and that is the end of it. I have searched everywhere for a file or folder that it extracts to but it does not exist. Any ideas? I

Hi Tripper,
try not to double click, just find and install some archiver softwares, winrar (or winzip), I didi it with winrar.
After, just extract "LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe" with rihht click and than extract to folder... than choose the place to extract, extract it and then find in that forlder installer and double click on it.

Thanks James - I downloaded 7zip (free) and extract the files into a folder, then after searching through all the junk that got extracted, I found a file called 'HpSetup' in the root folder and ran it successfully.
