@JamesHetfield THANK YOU! I've been looking for days for any solution. This was the one!

Now my scanner and printer work just like they did on my old computer.

I appreciate this so much!

Hi  I had the same problem - after reading this thread I can confirm the solution is to expand LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe using 7-Zip   into a separate folder then click HP setup within that folder. Then the proper drivers will install.  HOWEVER - i you did run  LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe FIRST and it did nothing, then you did an auto install for your printer over the network,  it will have set up with a default driver called HP Laserjet Mono PCLmS Class Driver -  this causes  "attention required" errors.  So First go to Printers and Scanners,  remove the printer - THEN use 7-Zip to expand LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe , and run hp setup.

MY QUESTION TO HP SUPPORT IS :-  It was pointed out to you many times in 2018 in this thread that the Auto Expand then Run of LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe  was NOT WORKING!  I is now May 2019 AND HP HAVE STILL NOT FIXED IT !!.

HP SUPPORT  PLEASE get LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe  auto expand auto RUN  working on WINDOWS 10 PRO.

THANKS
