HP Envy 5541
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So my printer has all been set up and I’ve run the software on my laptop however documents won’t send to the printer. My laptop has windows 10 by the way and I’ve set it up on the printers and devices on the control panel. It wouldn’t find the printer wirelessly so I used the IP address. It connected to print the test page but won’t do anything else, and I’ve done this several times! Any help?? The printer is the envy 5541

Hi @Shaunaarxo

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To better assist you -

1) Are you using a dual band router? The printer supports 802.11 b/g/n – 2.4 GHz networks only.

2) Are you able to print from any other devices?

3) Do you have any anti-virus software installed?

Please send us a picture of the Network Configuration Test. To print the network configuration page -

1) From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch (Settings).
2) Touch Print Report and then touch Network Configuration Page.

Let me know.
