Product: Laserjet 1606dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Full Solution will extract and then fail before starting the install.  I tired running HPSetup via a browser but it also extracts but fails to execute.

Hi,

Right click the Start icon and select Run, then paste the following path and press OK:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

 

Now follow the steps on screen to install the printer.
