I know this has been a while but I was in a bad accident and have had to have extensive back surgeries and was in a coma for a month and spent the next couple months learning how to navigate and walk again. My husband and I have had major health issues and bills due to the accident so I have been very busy. I have purchased several toners that were supposed to work, but of course the do not. My husband and I are now both on disability retirement and cannot afford HP's printer toners, I am in desperate need of the old firmware for the LaserJet Pro M252dw so that I can use the toner cartridges I already purchased. Due to Corona, we are now having to home school our grandchildren (1st, 3rd, and 5th grades) as they usually get on and off the bus here anyways and we cannot afford to get the virus. I have to be able to print and as I said, cannot afford toner prices or a new lesser printer that would be cheaper to run. I really just need the original driver for my printer, I believe it is firmware version 20150716. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Adela5 I hope you get better soon, while I pray for your good health, here's a few things I need to know about the printer:
Are you using genuine HP toners or refilled toners at a local store? as that may cause issues as such.
If it's genuine HP toners and yet, have such issues, you can try an NVRAM reset of the printer (back to factory defaults)
I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information:

And have a good day.
