Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer keeps jamming when I try printing from Tray 2. Even if I'm trying to print a 1-page document, the printer picks a second paper and jams it. For my Tray 1, it's been okay printing from there for a while but now it's also giving me the same problem. So now I want to downgrade my firmware to the original one to see if it solves the problem but I can't find it anywhere.

NB: I have cleaned the pickup rollers.

99% a downgrade will not fix your problem. It is more likely you are dealing with sticking solenoids that allow the pick assemblies to rotate twice or a paper setting issue. Downgrading is possible however that subject is not allowed here.
