LaserJet Pro M404dw displays an error: 0XB30581F5
All icons are blinking (WiFi, red triangle and green semicircle)
This condition came about after I tried to update a WiFi network password, (routine change of password).
I did it on my iPad with the HP Smart app by adding a new printer and going through the steps of adding the new printer. I completed the step of entering the new WiFi password and on the last step my iPad disconnected from the network.
The printer displayed the error and stuck in this state.
Any help is appreciated.

I would follow the steps to reset the wifi to initial connection mode to see if it resets for you. There is a knowledge base article on how to return a printer to that state.

Thank You Repairatrooper for your suggestion.
I’ve found the video you refer to (https://youtu.be/vNA30JXxfcY?si=OrvkXwotc3bvU7O6)
I’ve tried to press the WiFi button for 20 seconds, but no change followed.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue here:
LaserJet Pro M404dw displays an error: 0XB30581F5. All icons are blinking (WiFi, red triangle and green semicircle).
Unplugging/restarting does not help. No access to menus.
Happened when I was sending a print job...

I found no solution for this issue.
Repair quoted more expensive than a new printer purchase. This is what I was suggested by the authorized dealer/repair shop.
I was told, that each HP printer has a fixed end of life end of service date independent of the time of purchase. So it can become out of life even before being bought. This is preposterous.
I ended up placing the printer on the curb for garbage collection.
Bought a new Brother printer.
HP is done for me as a brand.

That is insane. I also noticed my guarantee period started six months before I purchased the printer. As I am in a hurry to get things done and don't have time to spend arguing, I simply ordered a new cheap HP printer.
