Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I have this HP printer. It was given to me by my previous employer upon my retirement. It's not very old, nor used much. But based on my inability to get to meaningful help or support from HP, I'm leaning on selling it. No need for such frustration. Simply, I can't figure out what to do; next steps. I follow the ones provided by the virtual assistant without success. I should down load a driver on my MacBook Pro, right? Can't seem to do that either. Does anyone have a HP support phone number (and no, not the one to sell me a warranty)? I have another printer and have no problem saying goodbye to HP.
Thanks,
Jeff
