Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm reconfiguring my printer after a year of not using it and a change of WI-FI SSID.

The problem is that HP Software prompts me for a Security Password I don't ever have set, nor I remember having it set.

So I need to reset the printer to the factory state, hoping to restore the default password or get rid of it.

What can I do?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Here's some resources to reset the Wireless. After a reset, the HP Smart app should be able to find the printer and add it to the new network:

Hope that helps!
