Powered, rebooted, three different USB cords. Tried to delete driver package with Windows; said driver package was in use, though printer not connected! Used file shredder to delete driver pkg files, reinstall, still not communicating.

hi, turn off printer, disconnect from PC, shutdown pc and turn on again. And type printmanagement.msc in command. (win+r) And after opening new windows select ALL PRINTERS folder delete your printer and select ALL DRIVERS folder delete your printer driver.

Followed the YouTube instructions; Print Management not there on the list.
Windows Update only downloaded a features update on my Windows 10, 1809.
Went to Microsoft website, asking the question: Cannot find printmanagement.msc. Advice was to clear the spooler folder and restart, which I did.
Printing test page still brings a printer error message. Print and Scan Doctor still not communicating with printer.
Used File Explorer search with "printmanagement." parameter; several files came up, but no .msc.
So, Zamin: are you saying I must reload Windows 10? I have no disc copy of Windows, as this Acer computer was pre-loaded with Windows 7, and auto-updated to 8 and 10.
