Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I connected my LaserJet p2055dn printer to my network. HP Smart sees the printer but is unable to access it. On the list of ac supported printers it is on that list. Additionally, it states some unavailable features, but it won't allow me to print via smart print. 

 

When i tried to add the printer on Samsung app using the Ip address. It states is unable to locate printer. However, i am able to print from PC>
