Product: HP Laserjet 1022
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In Addition, HP Smart and HP Support Solutions Framework does not detect the printer after searching. But HPPSdr.exe does detect the printer and it checks out fine by that program. I'm using MS Word and when I go to print the double-sided option does not appear in printer properties or anywhere else. I recently added a new SSD Drive, loaded a fresh Windows onto it and ean the Printer installation on the new SSD, which became the C: drive and the old C (HDD) is now 😧
