Laserjet CP1025 can not be installed on latest windows 10 update

Laserjet CP1025 can not be installed on latest windows 10 update, but installs and works fine on earlier windows 10 version.

I understand you are getting printer driver installation issues, I am glad to assist you.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

• In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
• Select your HP printer.
• Select Uninstall.
• In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
• In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
• Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
• Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
• Click on Drivers tab.
• Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
• Select OK.
• Remove all instances of the same.
• Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
• Close Devices and Printers. 
• Restart the PC again.

There is something wrong with latest windows versions, I tried to install it on both windows 10 and 11 fresh installs and the installation fails but on earlier windows versions installs and works fine (I tried 20H2). I guess the problem only on 22H2, not sure but will try 21H2 and report back.

on windows 10 version 21H2 build 19044.1706 installs and works but on build 19044.2006 it fails to install.
