Laserjet Pro 200 MFP M276nw control panel not working

The control panel on HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw doesn't work in the screen part. The black perimeter works, but not the color part where the Copy, Fax,Scan... icons are. It stuck at the language selection. Can't scroll down to select.

Hello. Thanks for the suggestions. I did the hard reset and found the problem still not resolved. The screen stuck at the language selection and stopped working (meaning I couldn't select the language choice).

I've also updated the firmware.

You may have a broken formatter......

The last try that i can think of before replacing a good one is to try to resend firmware through USB port -> must be it.

Power off M276

Open the right cover then you can see the formatter  there.

Find two pins (middle right i think) ,use a clip or anything to short them.

Power on ,plug in USB line

You should see resend firmware or firmware download or anything like that.

Resend firmware and waiting for its ended and you should see percentage changed on lcd screen....

If you can't see  percentage changed on lcd screen then you need to change usb connected port in the printer properties from usb001 to usb002 or ...003 and so on and don't forget press apply.
