Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

everytime i try to download the driver i keep getting the error that it has taken too long. I have tried fixing the firmwear and other settings but its not working. Please help!!

Please install the next driver for your printer:

1. https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/IPG/M402/HP_LJ_Pro_M402-M403_n-m-dn-dne_PCL6_Prin...

 

2. Then run HP Easy Start:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart/HPS2/HPEasyStart_17_5_11.exe

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
