Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello
I'm owner of a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M476nw.
Today I switched the printer on.
The bar on the display started as usually showing the printer it's been initialized/started, but suddenly after 1/3 of the length the printer switched itself off and on and keeps on looping.
I already reseted all the configuration but no success.
The printer keeps looping at the start sequence. The only difference is that it shows only for a couple of seconds the screen where you have to select the language.
The error led is lightning but I don't see any error code.
I didn't find any hint on the net.
Can someone help?
Regards,
Marcos
