Hi HP,
I found someone who had same issue as I have as below.
And I found that the issue seems no solution yet.
I also found out if I use my macbook to print double sided pages, it will do automatically but if I use windows 11 to print my documents, it becomes manual.
That means printer will only print even pages, then I have to manually put the pages back to the trade and print the other side.
Any solution?

Hi,
For printing, please make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
For scanning, I can see that only HP Smart functionality is available for Windows 11 and not HP Scan, doesn't it offer a two-sided scan option? please add a picture of the scan dialog to see if any such capability is available for a Windows 11 PC.

Your screen shot appears that you selected properties and not printer properties. You need to select the option near the middle of the drop down menu.

This is two different approached to solving the same issue. Either will net the same results.
