Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

As instrcuted I've downloaded the drivers for the HP 3620 printer, but double clicking the file to launch the auto install just gives me a message as follows

The file “HP_Easy_Start.app.zip.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.

Hi,
Download the file again from Safari using below link, then check for any difference:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

When I try to download HP_Easy_Start.app.zip-2.download I get the error that is it is not recognized by Safari.  I tried the other link and it says the same thing.  I already have the software on my computer becuase I had the same printer but had to return the printer due to a problem.  We go the same one as a replacement and now I am trying to set the printer up.  I do have the Mohave operating system.
