HP LaserJet Enterprise M605n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a legacy 32-bit Interop Word program which we have not been able to print on an HP LaserJet Enterprise M605n printer. The System Administrator has tried a variety of means to get the program to print. First, he tried out three different printer drivers. Then he tried switching the font from TrueType Font to Substitute with Device Font, and changed the Port protocol to RAW 9100. Finally, he made some changes in the network configuration including changing the service account. Nothing has worked, although the nature of the errors has changed. Originally, the program threw an exception when it reached the point where it assigned the printer URL to the Word Active document, resulting in either a generic “There is a printer error” message or a “Could not open macro storage” message. Currently the program no longer throws an exception. It thinks that it has succeeded, even when in reality nothing has printed.  Any suggestions?
