HP Deskjet 3755 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I gather folks have had this issue in the past. Can someone please tell me how to reset the Admin password on the EWS
server? I just tried shutting down my printer and unplugging as was recommended but hasn't resolved it.

FYI I was having issues after the initial install of my HP Deskjet 3755 All in one printer (and HP Smart) so I had to uninstall and then re-install both. I now have the printer working but the HP Smart APP has locked me out so I can't manage from there. It's asking me for a claim code which I no longer have from my original install and I can't seem to get the print info report, which apparently has this, to print from Web Services  as I'm locked out on EWS as well (asking me for an admin password I don't have) and it won't print by pressing info button + Wireless button on my printer. It does nothing. Needless to say, very frustrating. Appreciate if anyone has any ideas, please let me know how to resolve these issues.

Thank you
