In device manager Windows has the printer with the notification that setup is incomplete. Printer cannot communicate with the computer. Rebooted printer and computer to no avail. The app does not find the printer. HP says they no longer support it. Therefore.......not sure.....

1. Before driver installation just check the USB cable is connected between printer and Windows computer.
2. Then try again to run the software installation.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
