Hello,
My system crashed and I had to re-build it. I am looking for the drivers that will allow me to print duplex using my HP Photosmart 8250.
How may I obtain the last update for this old printer?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
Thanks for all who replied and apology for taking so long to respond.
No matter what I tried I could not change status Duplex Unit. It was grayed out and I was not able to change it.
After trying several things including making sure that the duplex printer attachment's contacts were clean, I uninstalled printed.
After several failed attempts to re-install the print, I was finally able to re-install it.
Once I re-installed the printer, I was able to change the duplex status to Installed . ????? A miracle?
Very happy.

Hi,
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
Regards,
Shlomi

Hello Shlomi,
My last post was inaccurate. I meant to say the under Installable options, Duplex Unit (for 2-Sided Printing) has the setting of Not Installed and it is grayed out. I am unable to change it.
Thanks
