Hello Asmita

I'm still on holiday, but I just wanted to let you know that I have wirelessly connected to and printed okay from my older Deskjet 3050 which I keep in my flat overseas. It seems that the main problem is the printer in my house in the UK, the 2620 model. I remember that I had a lot of problems setting that up wirelessly to my wife's Pavilion, and initially it started printing out in German. I don't remember how it all ended up okay but there were initial setting up problems with the 2620.

Anyway, I'll revert again when back in the UK, but I believe the 2620 is the problem.

Hello Asmita

I am back in the UK now, still unable to connect wirelessy to my HP 2600, although I connected wirelessly with no problem to my HP 3050 while overseas.

To be honest I'm tired of spending so much time on this, I might as well buy another printer that hopefully will be more responsive (and it won't be a HP printer that I will buy).

I'm convinced that the problem lies with the HP 2600. As I said it originally printed in German when I bought it in the UK from Currys. I had to go on;line to find how to correct this.

Do you have any advice on the above? Please don't ask me to delete and re-install software, I've done that so many times.

Regards

David Wood
