Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to clean the print heads for my X555 printer.  On the internet, i've found that it can be done by going to Home, Tools, Clean Print Head.  Unfortunate, I can't get to "Home" with-out signing-in.  I don't have either the "Administrator Access Code" or a "User Access Code."  Is there any way to do a RESET on the printer?
