Hi all,

 

I've set an admin password for EWS for my Officejet 4630 printer, however I can't remember it. I've tried all kind of resets found online and on hp site ( factory reset / network reset etc) , but none of them seem to clear that password.

Based on the links that I've found, there is a solution but that is only given in private . Can anyone please provide me that solution ?

We could try a semi Full Reset

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
