HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet Pro 7740.  When I open the top lid, say when I want to put a document on the glass for scanning, the right rear hinge (right side as I look at it from the front of the printer) makes one loud *CLICK* noise when the lid is about 15 degrees open, and the lid jerks upwards slightly right when the click happens.  It does this every time I open the lid.  

I do not see any debris or other obstruction inside the hinge that might be causing it, and I do not see any cracks in the plastic or any other visible defect.
