HP LaserJet M110we Printer

I have a LaserJet M110w. It has given me trouble since after 1 month having it. The trouble started when I replaced the toner cartridge which is an HP cartridge. The orange light (exclamation point) will not stop blinking. Also, the printer does not recognize the USB connection. I have tried several USB cables and none of them work. Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help. I am really frustrated with this printer.

 Hi @MUSH666,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Are you getting any error messages?

Meanwhile:-

Perform a power reset and reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.
