HP LaserJet MFP M140w Printer

Hello,

I'm having an issue to double-sided print pdf documents.

As you can see the screenshot below, I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader to print out pdf docs. There is an option for "Print on both sides of paper", and even though I checked the box, the printer does only one-sided printing. I can't find any duplex option in properties option.

When printing out MS Word docs files, the manual duplex function works perfectly.

Is it because M140we is not duplex or Adobe viewer does not work with the printer for double-sided printing?

The screen shot you are showing is not exclusive to Adobe, that is a standard HP driver. I suggest that you try printing the PDF from a different PDF program or printing directly from a browser window. You could also try downloading the offline printer driver package and installing that.
