Hello, 

I need to know the procedure to reset the nand memory to reset our lost admin password for our M148fdw printer. We have to update the network settings. Other suggestions found here do not work, but I see several mentions of additional steps sent in private messages.

I see that there is an issue with the printer and may need advance support to perform a reset.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
