I have reset the M209dw laserjet twice and set it up again. The printer finds my wi-fi network and says set up is complete, but then when I go to print it says it can't find the printer and then the status switches again to "setup incompete". Help! I have terrible cellular service where I live, is there a chat function with the HP chat desk or someone that can tell me how to fix this issue?

Hi @JoinNS,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
An HP printer setup or registration fails with the HP Smart app, or the printer prints some pages then stops. A Printer Setup Incomplete message displays and the Attention or Information light might blink.
Access your HP Smart website account dashboard
Check the status of your printer in your HP account and remove it if necessary.
Go to the HP Smart website.
In the top-right corner, click Sign in, and then enter your username and password to access your account dashboard.
If the Dashboard with the HP+ banner displays, skip to the step to restore factory defaults on your printer.
If the Dashboard without the HP+ orange banner displays, continue with these steps.
Click My Printers, and then click Remove Printer.
Click Remove.
NOTE:
If there is more than one printer registered to your account, click Change Settings, and then repeat the steps.
Click Sign Out.
