Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Printer M401dne

M401DNE - was working on network, IP manually configured.  My ISP arbitrarily changed my subnet configuration.  I updated my Manually configured IP settings, IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway...and still I can't even ping the device.  I have activity on the Ethernet port LED, showing it thinks it's on the network.  Updated firmware to latest v20210202

Help?!?

I would suggest that you try setting the network settings to DHCP and rebooting the printer to see if it obtains a valid address. If not, factory reset would be the next step.
