Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M776

Hi,
One of our M776 printers is not giving A4 as an option when i click on Modify for Tray 2.
Its using same driver and Firmware as the other M776's we have.
I have set a custom config using A4 size as a hopeful workaround.
Has anyone had this issue?
Any help greatly appreciated.
