Hello.
I have the device above, at initial setup i changed the admin password in the web interface of the machine.
I noted the password and saved it in my password manager. however when i submit the new the password is not accepted by the device, nor i s the default password.
How can i reset the admin password again, or in worst case how do i factory reset the device?

Let's reset the network settings:
Press the (Menu) button > Network > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Default > Restore... on the control panel. The machine starts restoring default wireless network settings.

These are the wireless settings that we are resetting. Your web page regarding the Printer opens only through the Printer's IP address.

I fully understand that.
But i have no problem accessing the actual web page, nor have I ever stated that.
My problem is when I try to log in as admin, the printer does not recognize the previously set password.
My problem as I stated, is therefore That I need to reset the admin password for the web configurator.

Unfortunately, there are no steps to reset the Printer, apart from this.
I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team for further help.
