Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw Printer

I updated the firmware on my MFP 6800zfsw to the latest available and now the on screen keyboard doesn't come up. I can't change copy counts, send a fax, e-mail a scan, anything that requires an input change at the machine. I can't download an older firmware from HP to try. Any suggestions?
